8-Week CBT-I Sleep Restoration Intensive

Our most efficient and data-driven pathway for insomnia treatment. This 8-week structured protocol is designed for rapid restoration of sleep.

This intensive includes

  • An in-depth Sleep Evaluation (Intake)

  • 2 comprehensive sessions (beginning and mid-treatment) focused on sleep education, personalized feedback, treatment planning, and skills building.

  • Weekly remote sleep monitoring through a professional-grade app platform (the COAST app). 

  • Weekly expert CBT-I guidance from Dr. Wong, delivered asynchronously (via COAST app). 

  • Secure communication with Dr. Wong to facilitate precise treatment adjustments (via COAST app).

Customized Behavioral Sleep Medicine

In-depth, customized treatment for patients with other sleep difficulties or insomnia that involves a complex medical history, co-occurring pain, anxiety or mental health concerns, or those who prefer a more gradual, high-support pace.

This collaborative treatment involves:

  • An in-depth Sleep Evaluation (Intake)

  • A comprehensive 2nd session focused on sleep education, personalized feedback, and treatment planning

  • From there, we build a custom schedule based on your clinical needs that may include a combination of:

    • Comprehensive sessions

    • Short check-ins
