Invest in Your Care

To provide the depth of expertise and highly individualized attention my patients deserve, I have chosen to operate as a private-pay practice. This model allows me to prioritize quality over volume—ensuring that your care is driven solely by your clinical needs and my full professional focus, rather than the constraints often imposed by insurance providers.

Schedule of Services

  • Initial Assessment | $325 | A comprehensive 60-minute evaluation, feedback, and treatment planning.

  • Standard Treatment Session | $285 | 50-minute intervention session.

  • Short Follow-up | $175 | Brief and targeted sessions up to 30 minutes.

Other services available for Insomnia Treatment:

  • 8-Week CBT-I Sleep Restoration Intensive | $1200

  • App-Based Care | $100/week | Expert-led remote treatment using a professional-grade app (for eligible clients).

  • Hybrid Care | Cost varies | Alternating between live sessions and weeks of app-based care.

The Private-Pay Advantage

We are a private-pay only clinic. We do not accept insurance coverage or provide superbills for reimbursement. As a client, you will receive the highest level of discretion because your clinical information will not be submitted to insurances and Dr. Wong will have clinical autonomy to tailor your care based on what your true needs are (and not what insurance companies dictate). Self-paying allows us to focus on your wellness without the requirement of a formal diagnosis on your permanent medical record or the restrictions on session frequency often mandated by insurance companies. Under this model, no claims are submitted, and the full session rate is due at the time of service.

General Information about Billing and Fees:

The No Surprises Act: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” which estimates how much your medical care will cost. Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for total expected costs of any non-emergency items or services.

You can always request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. Your healthcare provider should give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing. Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
